Answer:	Yes. That generator has a 120v outlet just like a house. I think the outlet is good for 20amps. Only thing would be you would need to run it long enough to power the charger so it could charge the battery it's hooked to which could take a while to properly charge.

Answer:	No Sir-This is only for 12 volt batteries-The model you want is the. Genius G3500 it will charge 6/12 volt batteries @ 3.5amp for around 50 bucks it will bring that battery back to life.
Question:	How dose it mount to the hull/boat...i dont see tabs for mounting screws
Answer:	On the corners are holes - drill those out and then use 6" lag bolts (as mentioned in another answer), or drill some holes in the hull and run zip ties. Larger holes make running zip ties easier. Note: while adding the holes in the hull will cause leaks, this unit is waterproof to 3 meters so it will work as your boat is taking on water. But it will be mounted well.

Answer:	YES, anything you do to alter this charger will void the warranty!
Question:	my battery for my trolling motor seems to run low before I’m done fishing Would this work to give it a boost
Answer:	That depends on age of your battery and do you charge it before & after your fishing trips. Note: you said battery, does that mean you have one battery for trolling motor? If so why are you asking this question on a 3 bank charger (a 3 bank charger charges 3 batteries at the same time)? If your trolling motor battery is over 3 years old and after you charge it for 3 hrs, let it set for 3 hours and test the voltage of the battery with a good Volt meter. If the volt in the battery is less than 12.5 V, you need a new battery, charging will not make your battery last any longer while fishing. You need a good strong 12V Deep Cycle single charger battery for trolling motors (for sure with one battery). Good luck.
Question:	I purchased the 5/5 12volt is it normal for the charger to be really hot to the touch it is connected as directions
Answer:	I have the 5/5/5. When the batteries are low and charging the charger will get very warm. It should not burn your hand but it does need to have good ventilation. When I mounted my I installed stand offs so the unit can get as much air around it as possible. As the directions state, do not mount it directly to carpet or wood.

Answer:	I am in the process of returning the one i got. the model number was 43012m21, not just 43012. I contacted ProMariner and they told me that i was sent a custom model that had some female plugs on them without any adapters. I am a little annoyed because i paid more for this one than another link on amazon because this was in stock. I almost cut the cords and put on my own connectors but i felt that buying a new item i should not have to do this. you can buy the male adapters for the connectors but you would probably be paying about 15 to 20 dollars for making your own cables. amazon should be sending me the correct model currently but im hoping they dont just send me another custom model. hope this helps other people because it took some work to figure this one out.

Answer:	Received this in an email form NOCO regarding Genius Gen2 on-board charger: "The DC leads are 14AWG, and can be extended up to an additional 10' without modifying or moving the fuse. The fuse must remain in place and the additional length must be added after the fuse. Absolutely no AC modifications allowed. The warranty will remain intact as long as these guidelines are followed. We do not provide information on extending the cables so you will have to research the appropriate cable and connections yourself. An additional fuse may be added closer to the battery for additional safety."

Answer:	It is a 12volt system, I have never seen it exceed it by more than 0.5 volts on my meter. This question is best addressed with the manufacture if you are extremely concerend. The amperage is what is going to vary the most with the discharge of your battery or batteries. I have had it for two (2) years and I am very happy with it, so much that i replaced the one in my travel trailer with a single NOCO and it works wonderful with my 12 volt lighting and fans.
Question:	Both my batteries can sit for for days at 13.3 volts (while off the charger) then i plug them in and red lights are on for two days? batteries are new

Answer:	Your description is not 100%, but it sounds like you need three Banks. One for each starting battery, and one for your group of house batteries, assuming they are all tied together.
Question:	I am installing this into my sailboat. What is the 110v amperage draw
Answer:	The power consumed by any electric unit is equal to the Operating voltage V times the current I. or Power = V*I in watts. If this charger is charging 2 batteries at 12 volts each and drawing 10 amps for each battery the power used is 12 * 10 = 120 watts each. So the ideal power used would be 240 watts for the two batteries. The AC source must supply power in the same way so you need 110 volts times I amps = 240 watts. Therefore the current, I, drawn would be 240/110 or around 2.2 amps , but you never have ideal energy exchanges because of heat loss and other things. So I would think you would need to have a source that could provide at least 5 amps @ 110 volts or around 600 watts at maximum usage. Much less current is needed for trickle charging.This gives you a margin of error of over 200% so should be OK. Hope this helps
Question:	I have a single starting battery (one bank) .Then I have two deep cycle batteries in parrallel (bank 2). Do I need a 2 or 3 bank charger
Answer:	you failed to give the the voltage, type, and size of batteries, and what they are being used for, but going with the information you submited. providing all of the batteries are 12v d.c. you require a 2 bank charger, but if i were you, i would order the 3 bank charger for future battery expansion, i would connect one of the charger outputs across the neg & positive terminal of the stand alone 12v dc battery, and i would then connect the second charger output lead across the 12 v dc neg & positive terminal of one of the 2 batteries which are tied in parallel. the charger in question permits the 3rd charger output to be connected to the 3rd neg & positive post of the 3 rd 12 v dc battery which is tied in parallel. but if i were you, i would first contact the manufacture reps, before you do anything, tell them your set up, and see what they think. in any event good luck, and above all do not forget to ware the proper safty equiptment prior to doing any work on any batteries.
Question:	Does this unit have a cooling fan? Does it overheat
Answer:	No fan. Yes it over heats. Mine died after a month and MFG service and support link, nor the registration lik work on their website. Unable to get through via phone. Had to buy a new one. I went with Charles Marine charger. Superb charger. Beware of this one.

Answer:	I assume the question is "how long are the leads from the charger?" my unit is a 3-bank but may be the same. about 3 feet

Answer:	It will chg. (2) 12V batteries, you could have them in parallel or series (12V) -(24V). Have never seen or heard of (2) 24V banks, if there is such a thing this would not handle that.

Answer:	The one I received has the Marinco brand on it and I could not be happier with it. I've used other chargers and one of them cooked off the batteries, and the other would not drop out of bulk charge mode. This charger has been perfect maintaining two banks of two series connected 6v golf cart batteries. Based on my research, the Marinco and Guest are the same company and it is my belief through research that the Guest branded is older.

Question:	Can someone list the overall outside diameter of this? Not the hole diameter for installing but the total diameter of the mounting flange
Answer:	Everyone says three inches, but the part you need to know is the size hole to cut. You will need a 2" hole saw to fit this, I mounted it on the drivers side fender, forward to the front wheel well. You'll also need some stainless steel screws and a normal drill bit to make mounting holes. (actual diameter of penetrating part is 1.92", so with a little room for proper fitment the 2" hole is perfect.
Question:	On a diesel pickup,after having this installed and in the weather for a while, does the protective cover stay in place while driving?Any other issues
Answer:	I installed on Trailready bumper by drilling thru 1/4” steel on my Dodge. Hooked up dual (2) battery warmers, block heater, engine oil pan and transmission pan warmers and trickle charger. Only mod I did was to add an inline LED indicator (in addition to the LED on the extension power cord) as redundant power connection indicator. VERY expensive to thaw out a diesel truck once frozen to -35 or more. So far flawless performance and impressively cover stays flexible and good seal with temps never getting above -30 F for last 30 days. Cover was noted to be flexible at -45. Connecting and disconnecting several times daily. NO issues, would highly recommend.

Answer:	The batteries do not need to be disconnected as long as each charging bank is connected to your batteries in 6-volt or 12-volt increments.

Answer:	The bank you don't use will not turn on because the unit will not detect a battery. You should be OK. I recently had mine connected to 2 batteries with no issues. Just added a third battery and all is well.
