Answer:	No, the charging cables are bolted directly to the battery terminals - you would have to modify your installation for quick disconnection

Answer:	I am in the process of returning the one i got. the model number was 43012m21, not just 43012. I contacted ProMariner and they told me that i was sent a custom model that had some female plugs on them without any adapters. I am a little annoyed because i paid more for this one than another link on amazon because this was in stock. I almost cut the cords and put on my own connectors but i felt that buying a new item i should not have to do this. you can buy the male adapters for the connectors but you would probably be paying about 15 to 20 dollars for making your own cables. amazon should be sending me the correct model currently but im hoping they dont just send me another custom model. hope this helps other people because it took some work to figure this one out.

Answer:	This is a charger/maintainer. Your batteries should easily hold their charge for a couple of weeks without power to the battery. Once power is restored to the MinnKota, it should bring batteries right back up to spec. Have had several chargers and this is by far the best and most effective. Answer:	Yes. That generator has a 120v outlet just like a house. I think the outlet is good for 20amps. Only thing would be you would need to run it long enough to power the charger so it could charge the battery it's hooked to which could take a while to properly charge.

Answer:	No Sir-This is only for 12 volt batteries-The model you want is the. Genius G3500 it will charge 6/12 volt batteries @ 3.5amp for around 50 bucks it will bring that battery back to life.

Answer:	On the corners are holes - drill those out and then use 6" lag bolts (as mentioned in another answer), or drill some holes in the hull and run zip ties. Larger holes make running zip ties easier. Note: while adding the holes in the hull will cause leaks, this unit is waterproof to 3 meters so it will work as your boat is taking on water. But it will be mounted well.

Answer:	Yes. The GENMini1 is good for 12V batteries up to 120Ah hours in capacity, which includes many deep cycle batteries in addition to starting batteries.

Answer:	I leave my charger hooked 24/7 and the battery's still take a full charge. As for damaging them both, I have not experienced any issues.
Question:	where is the charger getting power from does it have to be plugged in
Answer:	Many options to get power. I suggest for the beginner, use a hydro-electric generator wheel on the back of your boat; a 6–foot diameter model should work. Some have even used hamster power, but it takes about 8-14 hamster wheels running simultaneously to generate the required amperage to maintain a deep-cycle Marine battery. Also, lots of droppings to deal with. The more advanced users prefer flux capacitors; small footprint and produce the necessary 1.21 gigawatts for proper operation. However, do not exceed 87 mph or who knows when you may end up. Keep it under 88. I have recently upgraded to a new-to-me Mr. Fusion. Works great considering I always have plenty of egg shells and banana peels on hand. I suppose you could also try to plug it into a standard 120 volt outlet using some sort or extension cord. This seems complicated but may just work. If there is a will, there’s a way.

Answer:	The bank you don't use will not turn on because the unit will not detect a battery. You should be OK. I recently had mine connected to 2 batteries with no issues. Just added a third battery and all is well.

Answer:	Received this in an email form NOCO regarding Genius Gen2 on-board charger: "The DC leads are 14AWG, and can be extended up to an additional 10' without modifying or moving the fuse. The fuse must remain in place and the additional length must be added after the fuse. Absolutely no AC modifications allowed. The warranty will remain intact as long as these guidelines are followed. We do not provide information on extending the cables so you will have to research the appropriate cable and connections yourself. An additional fuse may be added closer to the battery for additional safety."

Answer:	I have a different model but I am sure these work with all type batteries
Question:	What is the maximum charging voltage on these NOCO chargers? I want to keep it under 15V if possible for my AGM batteries
Answer:	It is a 12volt system, I have never seen it exceed it by more than 0.5 volts on my meter. This question is best addressed with the manufacture if you are extremely concerend. The amperage is what is going to vary the most with the discharge of your battery or batteries. I have had it for two (2) years and I am very happy with it, so much that i replaced the one in my travel trailer with a single NOCO and it works wonderful with my 12 volt lighting and fans.
Question:	Both my batteries can sit for for days at 13.3 volts (while off the charger) then i plug them in and red lights are on for two days? batteries are new

Answer:	I used a short extension cord and wired it to the plug that way it still is as if its plugged in like normal. not sure what you want to use it for but I have mine in bumper of vehicle for block heater . not sure why they call it a charger inlet it's just a surface mount male 15Amp plug end
Question:	Does this have a male plug on the back or does it have to be hard wired to another outlet
Answer:	Has to be hardwired in. If your boat has an on-board battery charger, cut it's cord next to the plug. Leave enough cord to reach where you want to go thru the hull and mount this plug. I converted mine over so I could just plug the extension cord into this plug from outside. Works great, easy to mount. Put 3M 5200 silicone sealer under the flange to ensure it never leaks.

Answer:	Hmm? Maybe in "stranded", not sure if solid, with out "ring" terminals.
