| Answer: | All you have to do is pull the straw out of the silicone piece that’s attached to bottom and then reinsert the straw back into the small side of the silicone piece just a tad bit to where it want fall off into the water after opening and closing the top (it will be slight tough to remove the straw and put it back into the silicone but not to where you can’t just remove it and redo it if that makes sense mine was a lil snugged around the straw took some pulling till I got it out) but after you reinsert the straw back into the silicone piece just a small amount then it should bounce/retract/squish (lol whatever the correct term is) up and down while opening and closing the top. |

| Answer: | Not sure if this answers your questions but the white stopper on top of the straw needs to be pushed on the straw a little more. Unscrew the lid and push the white stopper on top of the straw so it has a tighter seal. It sounds like air is getting between the stopper and straw. |
