Answer:	Yes. A serving size is 2 tablets. The two tablets contain: 20 mg Vitamin C; 10 IU Vitamin E; 166 mg Calcium and 2 Mg Iron. The container also indicates the tablets contain a proprietary blend of: Dandelion root, Black Cohosh root, Jamaica Dogwood bark, Motherwart leaf, Pleurisy root, Glycyrrhiza (licorice root) and Gentian root. It says to take 2 tablets 3 times a day. I would take two in the am and two in the pm and did just fine. It really helped me with hot flashes. I would still get them but much milder versions. If you start taking Lydia Pinkham and then stop because you don't think they're working, you should notice that it does help lessen the severe effects of the flashes. After several years, I no longer have the hot flashes but did take Lydia Pinkham for about 8 years after I quit taking hormones and began to experience hot flashes.

Answer:	About half the size of a soda pop can opening....

Answer:	I would rinse regularly and wash only once in a while in the upper rack just like with juicer parts or my tall 16 oz bullet blender cups (I use almost every morning) since the manufacturer says to hand wash it. The main problem is it is so tall that any machine will have problems reaching the bottom. I have the same problem with my 16 oz bullet blender cups. I have to hand rinse when done and then hand wash every few uses and then once a while machine wash. They are plastic so eventually the get hairline cracks but these should do much better. Since the heating element is on the bottom they recommend using the top rack. I have had "dishwasher safe" plastic items melt if put in the lower rack but the upper rack is safe. The heating element gets much hotter then the water and air above it.

Answer:	Yes and No...... If you use the bottle only it fits in a car cup holder nicely. It’s tall but I have never had any problems with keeping the bottle secure during regular driving or turns. However.... today I had a cloth bottle cover on it. That made the bottle too wide for the cup holder. I was unable to secure it in the cup holder at all.

1. Remove lid (A) by twisting counterclockwise.

2. Pull down the locking-ring (B) located on lid (A) of the bottle. Press the push-button (D) on the lid (A) to open lid cover (C).

3. Pull out spout gasket (C1) from underside of lid cover (C) to completely remove it.

4. Remove the o-ring gasket (A1) from underside of lid.

5. Wash all parts separately and re-assemble.

a. Ensure gaskets (A1 and C1) are properly seated to minimize leaking.

6. Fill container with beverage. Do not overfill: Leave space for lid (A) to avoid overflow.

7. Replace the lid (A) by twisting it clockwise.

8. To drink, pull down the locking-ring (B) located on lid (A) of the bottle. Push the button (D) located on the lid (A) of the bottle, which will release the lid cover (C) and reveal the drink opening.

9. When finished drinking, close and lock the lid cover (C) by securing the locking-ring (B) over the button (D).

• Before first use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow time to dry.

Question:	Can you use these to refrigerate drinks
Answer:	No; it does not come with a built-in refrigeration unit. It would probably be easiest to fill it with your beverage of choice and just stick it in a refrigerator.
Question:	My lid has started leaking, and I got back on here and saw it has a lifetime warranty. Where would I go to get a replacement lid
Answer:	I received mine and it doesn’t work at all! It just pulls air through. We’ve always used these bottles and this one leaks as well. I refuse to pay to ship it back bc it’ll cost me more than I paid for the bottle itself, but I’ve also not received a refund or a replacement to fix the situation.
Question:	Which size bottle fits well in the holder on your bike
Answer:	The base is a larger size, I am not sure able bikes, but on the treadmill it fits really tight.
Question:	Does the 25 oz bottle fit most car cup holders
Answer:	TL;DR: if the cupholder is just large enough for a soda can, no. Depends on the vehicle. I can verify that it fits in: 2008-2019 F150, 2008, 2012, & 2016 Silverado (front and rear), 2016 Mazda3 (door and console), 2012 Ford Expedition, 2016 Ford Taurus, 2014 Volvo XC60, 2017 Dodge Journey, and 2018 Nissan Frontier. It does not fit in: 2008 Dodge Charger, 2017 Ford Focus ST, 2018 Jeep Renegade, and 2018 Nissan Rogue (doesn't fit all the way to bottom, so moves around).
