I have a 29 inch tube, a CO2 inflator, three cartridges, a multitool in it and that works great. It does take a pounding attached to the bike. I love it for what I carry, but I think it would beat the crap out of a cell phone. It takes the same pounding as your bike. I keep my phone in my Camelback. I would not do it.

Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!

Answer:	Stainless steel contains alot of metals one being nickel.

Answer:	It would take a lot longer do to the vacuum insulation properties.it will also compromise the seal and no longer insulate afterward. I keep a cheap steel bottle on my bag and boil it in that then transfer it to my insulated vacuum bottle. I have another brand but they are the same thing.

Answer:	The cap is leak proof if you tighten it correctly. When I have been in a hurry and did not made sure it was secure it did leak on me.
