Answer:	I have no idea what you’re referring to when you say “the regular sized spout...” This bottle comes with its own spout lid and it fits fine and does not leak.

Answer:	It is a straw cup, however I just took the straw attachment off and was able to use it as a drinking spout w/out it leaking just fine. Not as much water comes out if you use it as a spout as their actual spout lids though.

Question:	Straw split in first month. Can I use the generic straw replacements seen on Amazon
Answer:	Absolutely! Make sure it's the same size, as far as the hole. You dony want it too small and too big obviously. The length you can always cut if it's too long.

Question:	Can it store warm drinks or will burn from the outside
Answer:	There is no insulation, so whatever the temperature of the beverage is inside, will be the temperature on the outside. I’d say a hot beverage would burn your hands when holding it.
Question:	Do these fit in a standard car seat cup holder
Answer:	Hi! Item PWPL-S734-AMZ is 2.8 inches wide, should fit most cup holders. However, it would be best to measure your cup holder to ensure proper fit.
