Answer:	There is an attachment, actually a strong band of fabric with a loop, for the bands to go through, and the end has a thickened portion that can be placed on the other side of a door frame when the door is opened, but will not slip through when the door is closed. It acts like an anchor.

Answer:	It comes with plastic rings that are snapped together and the balls sit on top of the rings. The first ring goes on the floor, place ball on top, the second ring goes on top of the ball and additional ball is placed on that ring. You can stack as many balls as you want. They don’t roll around.

Answer:	The product is big enough to stand on and I have size 9 feet (women's) but size 10 or 11 feet would probably fit too. You can use one leg or two; it's big enough for both. I do what you're describing for one of my exercises. Level of difficulty depends on level of inflation, which is entirely adjustable by the user. Over time I have seen results of increased strength, better follow-through when stepping, and better balance.

Answer:	This product helps relieve my lower back pain and helps with posture as i have a tendency to slump but this is a gentle reminder to correct my posture.
