Question:	Can you freeze water in this
Answer:	Great question! If you’re putting sugary drinks, coffee or anything other than water, including lemons, in your LARQ Bottle, the bottle should be hand washed. Hope that helps!
Question:	The insulated spout lid is missing the seal. can i order the seal separately? and if so where? thank you
Answer:	The LARQ Bottle does have a Safety Mode, which is indicated by a flashing orange light that prevents accidental activation when the cap is not on the bottle by dimming the UV-C LED light. One should never place the activated UV-C LED in direct contact with the skin or eyes.
Question:	What sizes fit in cupholders
Answer:	Truly self cleans is a very tall order and sort of a misnomer. Which yes as is the advertising.. It’s a A UV-C light in the bottle. Amazing none the less as that’s very cool. Just don’t expect reverse osmosis multi stage filter and setup . that a UV-C light cannot provide.. I just don’t want people thinking it will filter their water which a lot of people want a clean source of drinking water. To do that requires multi stages in filters and yes a UV-C treatment as well. UV-C is a known step to purifying water and believe being container in this bottle it should absolutely work as intended

Question:	We have the 24oz bottle but it is too tall for the purpose we are using it. Does anyone know how tall the 20oz bottle is
Answer:	There is no cover over the mouth piece. This is a standard type of cycling water bottle. They are designed to be quick and easy to drink from while cycling. You pull the mouthpiece up with your front teeth to drink, and them use your teeth or chin, or whatever to push the valve closed again so water does not escape, or dirt find its way in. Designed for one handed operation while cycling.

Answer:	There is an additional filter you can substitute in to do the job- the company lists three types of filters for different water safety- one of those specifically mentions for river or lake water. The bottle comes with just one standard filter only
Question:	Is the 24oz small
Answer:	The LARQ Bottle has two modes; Normal Mode and Adventure Mode. Normal Mode runs for 1 minute and will eradicate 99.99% of germs and bacteria, while Adventure Mode lasts for 3 minutes and will eradicate 99.9999% of germs and bacteria. I hope that helps!
