Answer:	NO!!! I have been with Roku for 10-15 years & I've NEVER been charged an activation fee. I set up my new Express this past Friday 07/31/2020. Answer:	Wait, if it's 45w then how is power consumption 15w? This is dishonest. If it's a plant light (grow light) then you NEVER give the incandescent value and advertise it as 45 watt when it's actually 15. This is misleading.
