Answer:	Yes! HydraPak is the manufacturer of the Salomon Flask and XA cap, the threads of both caps and flasks are compatible.
Question:	Can you fill this with hot water? (Not boiling
Answer:	Probably warm water, but not hot like coffee or tea. The plastic would probably give off a taste if it were too hot or you'd have to be concerned about leaking. Also, the temperature would not hold for very long.

Question:	How many times can the water bottle be refilled before having to change the filter
Answer:	I am not sure about the technical details of removing particles. What this does in my opinion is absorb the “smell” of the water so it can taste better. I see it like those lava rocks people buy to put in their bathroom to absorb odors and have to refresh it in sunlight so the smells can expand and escape. Still skeptical as I just bought it recently. I can tell you that i can taste the difference from tap water vs a filter pill inside my water bottle left overnight.

Answer:	Yes but the straw is made of rubber so it’s super flimsy

Answer:	Heavy and pretty well balanced.
