Recipe: Castor Oil Heat Pack

Description: Featuring lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus essential oils, this castor oil heat pack soothes the skin and muscles.

Ingredients:

- 1 drop Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil

- 1 drop Aura Cacia Peppermint Essential Oil

- 1 drop Aura Cacia Eucalyptus Essential Oil

- 1 tablespoon Aura Cacia Castor Oil



Directions:

Combine castor oil and essential oils in a small bowl. Drizzle mixture onto a washcloth. Fold a flannel and place on body part. Cover with a heating pad and let sit for about 30 minutes.



Note: Before use, spot-test on an inconspicuous area to ensure the product does not irritate the skin.

Answer:	Let me state first, that I have yet to use the tea tree oil version. This is the only formula I've used. Question:	what is the run time
Answer:	The box says 5 minutes, but I used it for 3 PLUS HOURS while watching TV without it overheating or refusing to chew. The 5 minute limit is for non-stop CHEWING. But it stops running blades after each set, in that time you are getting next set ready. If you already have next stack ready, just count to 6 then feed, then count then feed. Mine barely got warm in the hours I worked with it. Even better if you just shred during the commercials, which BTW are 5 minutes. Use a sharpener/lubricant after each full recycle bag.
