But I think now there are multiple teas out there that boosts metabolism, I am just used to this one and its flavor. I do not get jitters on the tea like I do with coffee.

Answer:	The bottle does not list it, but maybe I have an old bottle. But ingredients say Orange Pekoe, green tea, black tea. I am sensitive to ginseng and ginseng makes me shaky, but this doesn't have ginseng and I never feel shaky with it. I have been drinking it since 2003. It does make you warmer so I do agree that it revs up your metabolism.
