Answer:	The only time these leaked was when the bottles froze solid and thawed. Other than that, no leaks whatsoever.

Answer:	It is quite easy really - I place hot water about 1/2 cup form my dispenser into a coffee mug or measuring cup then place the empty bottle (cap side in the water) into the hot water for about 30 seconds - I then grab the little pull tab on the cap (using pliers as it is easy to grip the plastic) then just pull up away from the bottle - the cap pops right off - Push the plastic piece back into the hole and you are ready to reuse. After a few times this becomes an easy task

Answer:	I put the blue cap on the water bottle for the first time and when it was time to replace the water bottle, the blue cap became lodged in my Whirlpool water cooler. I have made several attempts to get the blue cap out of the machine, with no luck. I would not recommend these.

Answer:	These caps have two pieces. The blue outer, larger piece and the center hole stopper. When you remove cap to fill bottle, before replacing cap, you need to re-fit the center hole stopper. When this is done, the water won’t splash out when the bottle is turned upside down to place bottle on water cooler. However, because these center hole stoppers do not refit themseleves when removing from cooler, that is when I have (minimal) splashing/spilling (as the bottles never fully empty on my cooler).

Answer:	I'd like to compare them to the bottle caps used by Sparkletts. You put them on by pressing them firmly over the bottle neck. For removal you can peel them a little on the side, then take off. Even though you peeled them a little they are reusable. Might even be a little easier to put on after that.
