Answer:	It filters as you drink. It probably filters some while it stands there, but mainly it filters as you drink.

Answer:	We do not recommend freezing bobble or its carbon filter. you can, however, put bobble in the refrigerator.

Answer:	Yes. It's not overly soft, but it's pliable enough for that.
Question:	How often do you need to replace the filter
Answer:	It depends on how much water you drink. The water will start tasting different when it's time tu of change. I have to replace it about every three months.

Answer:	Chloe, absolutely. It is a squeezable bottle and I would assume that you could put the smaller 1 x 1 inch ice cube. You might have a tough time putting larger ice cubes out of the personal ice tray or ice maker.

Answer:	Sounds like you may have a cracked bottle somewhere near the opening or you aren't screwing it tight enough. Mine doesn't ever leak, it sweats, but it doesn't leak.

Answer:	I would try a LifeStraw for somewhere with iffy/possibly unsafe water. You can filter pond water with a LifeStraw and safely drink it.

Question:	Is the 18.5 oz and the 34 oz replacement filter interchangeable? I want to get the 34 oz but don't want to not have the correct replacement later
Answer:	Yes, the filters are the same size, and the bottles both have the same size opening. This is a larger size than most standard bottles though, so you won't be able to fit any regular cap, only the Bobble filter fits these bottles.
Question:	So you can't put it in the dishwasher, "hand wash only". OK, how do you keep the mouth piece clean without "damaging/impairing the carbon filter
Answer:	The mouthpiece can go in the dishwasher, just take the filter out first. Or buy the version where you can put the whole thing in the dishwasher, including the bottle. Of course, you still have to take the mouthpiece off and remove the filter for that one too. I have several of these, and from now on will only buy the dishwasher safe ones.
Question:	Can it filter out flouride
Answer:	I just know it filters out the impurities in the water. I don’t usually drink out of plastic bottles or even tap water without a filter. I can drink out of this bobble water bottle all day long. That’s the only way I will drink water.
