Answer:	I have this working with the sensor on my rear wheel, but I had to move to computer from my front handle bars to underneath the seat on the frame. I can check my speed/mileage by looking down, but it isn't easy like glancing down at the handlebar. This isn't ideal, but it's fine because I'm on a stationary bike. I will move it to the front wheel when I return to biking outdoors.

Answer:	No, it is very easy to install it.From good friend M.Reed , you can know this 3 steps.There are three parts. Installation is very easy and just takes a few minutes.1;The magnet is mounted onto two spokes on the front wheel - using the built-in thumb screw. 2;The transmitter mounts to the front fork next to the magnet - it's attached to the front fork by two supplied wire ties. 3;The receiver clamps onto the handle bar using two supplied wire ties. To neaten it up, I trimmed off the excess wire tie ends using a wire cutter. Scissors or nail cutters will work if you don't have a wire cutter. 4;Since this is wireless, there is no cable required. 5; You program it to the size of your wheel, mph or kph, etc.

This mode displays average speed, total mileage, temperature, time, stopwatch.

How to reset the mileage on the odometer

Press the L button to make the total mileage character flash, press and hold the R button for more than 3 seconds, then set from left to right, use the R button to make the setting, and then use the L button to confirm. The setting range is from 0.000 to 9999, and if the range is exceeded, it is automatically zeroed out.

How to set the temperature unit

Press the L button to cause the total mileage character to flash, then press the L button again to trigger the temperature flash, press and hold the R button for more than 3 seconds to cause the "degree centigrade" character to flash, then press the R button again to change the unit from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, and use the M button to confirm.

How to set the time

Press the L button to make the time sign flash, then press and hold the R button to toggle between 24H and 12H, and press the R button again to confirm;Press the L button to set the time, then press the R button again to change the time number, use the L button to toggle between hours, minutes, and seconds, use the R button to set, and use the M button to confirm.

How to switch to the stopwatch

There is no assembly instruction paper for it is easy to install.If you don't know how to do please check it online from the following information.



Instructions:

1. Attach the speedometer with the large black plastic screw to the metal mounting bracket by aligning it with the two indentations. Make sure the speedometer is not upside down. (Do not remove the two screws at the bottom of the speedometer)

2. Then attach the speedometer with mounting bracket attached to the middle RIGHT side of your handlebar just right of the stem.

3. Loosen your front wheel, unscrew the quick lease, insert the grey round plastic part INSIDE the suspension forks on the RIGHT side by using the two supplied washers. The metal bracket attached to the round plastic part faces towards the spokes. Reattach the front wheel.

4. Attach the cable to the speedometer (marked "UP" on the cable) and into the grey round plastic part now attached to the front wheel at the RIGHT side inside the brackets. The cable is just long enough to reach from the speedometer to the plastic part attached to the front wheel in a straight line down.

Answer:	This is mph and km. The outer numbers are mph. However, I will tell you that I sent it back as it was very cheaply made and did not work properly.
Question:	Will it work for electric bike
Answer:	If it is connected between the wheel and the front fork-bottom-side it would probably work. It is mechanical, a small reader with a straight cable from the read (positioned where the wheel is bolted to the front forks) and runs up to the speedometer. It is a so simple design, it's not electrical. Unless there is something that interferes with the front forks (where the front wheel is attached) then there should be no problem. Hope this helps...I like this so much two were bought, one for when ever.

Large Screen & Highlight Display

Thanks to the large screen with highlight LCD display, our bike computer is so readable that even in the strong sunlight, you can still clearly catch sight of the data on the screen. More importantly, once the backlight is triggered, it will always be on. So you can view your data at any time at night.

Auto Standby / Wake up

When it is out of use, our bike computer will stop working after 300s. On the contrary, within 2 hours of dormancy, it will wake up in 10s but 1min if over 2 hours when you start riding. Accordingly, you don’t have to start or close it manually every time. Moreover, you can also press any key.

INSTALLATION

a. Install the sensor on the tube of your bicycle.

b. Screw the magnet on the spoke of your bicycle. You are supposed to install the wireless sensor and the magnet at a distance of about 5mm, and the sensor’s front (with arrow marks) corresponds to the front of the magnet.

c. Install the pedestal of your bike computer.

d. Fix your bike computer on the pedestal.

Unavailable Types of Bicycle

Not available for stationary bikes, bicycles with sparse spokes or bicycles with cutter wheels and solid wheels.

Suitable for bicycles over 16 inches with standard 2mm spokes, including cruiser bicycle, road bike, mountain bike, folding bike as well as some bikes for indoor cycling.

Q & A

1. You'd better measure your bike directly with a ruler to get more accurate data before use.

2. Your riding data will be cleared once the battery is replaced. So you are supposed to reset the program after you have installed a new battery.

3. To reset the program, you just need to simultaneously press the two keys for 3s at the same time.

4. The bike computer is of a function that you can switch kilometer to mile as you want.

5. Only on a condition that the wireless sensor and the odometer must have power at the same time can the bike computer work normally.

THREE MODES OF BACKLITS

Answer:	This has a manual that allows for the coding of dozens of tire sizes. I’m sure it would work on a 20” rim. I would have to get home and look at the owners manual. I’m safely assuming you can.

Answer:	1. I was told this is a battery slightly loose problem and to add a piece of scotch tape to the back of the battery and re-install. I folded a 2" piece of tape in half to get rid of the sticky. Re-installed - It worked. NOTE: Don't forget to write your Odometer mileage down - it will reset 000 when you open the battery door 2. Also mounting the Pedrone on a stem that is angled up can cause resetting problems (was told this by the factory).

Answer:	it seems to me there is a version without stopwatch feature ...and version with ... check !!! I bought the latter ...... the earlier may be an older model ...

Answer:	I purchased a new bike recently and decided to buy a new Cateye Padron & head light (Kryptonite) at the same time. Mounted the extras to the handlebars and calibrated the Padron. No issues.....until....riding at night with my light on. It took me a few night rides to put 2 and 2 together, but I finally discovered the interference PROBLEM associated with the Padrone. Quite frustrating as I ride almost exclusively at night during the summer months. My FIX is putting a layer of foil tape around the light. Somehow that mitigates the interference problem and I can once again log Ride miles on the Padrone....but man, my light is ugly as sin now!

Question:	Can I mount this on the stem of a road bike
Answer:	if your stem is round, sure. The mounting plate has cutouts running vertically and horizontally, fit well on my wife's threadless stem. My road bike stem is an old aero-style Deda Murex which has a pointy cross section, so the cycle computer went on the handlebar.

Question:	In biking what would the stopwatch be used for? Over all time on a bike run
Answer:	You can switch on spO2 monitoring in the app. I'm not how often it checks it. The spO2 readings on mine don't match the oximeter on my phone, which I have checked against hospital equipment, and it's pretty much dead on. So, I probably wouldn't depend on this watches readings if you have a reason to worry about your O2 saturation levels.
