Answer:	Yes it can...The hook on the hanger is on the small side though. It just fits over the top of the frame back. I believe this would work well with a picture frame hook.

Answer:	we didn't use the hanger, my sons varsity jacket was pinned to the board and the collar covered up the hanger attachment area, cant help you more than that because we would have to remove the jacket, cant remember what the attachment area looked like, this is a deep shadow box and the Plexiglas tends to reflect don't know if its what you want for artwork

Question:	How heavy is the frame
Answer:	Not too heavy. Can't tell you exact amount pf weight, but we hung it without the use of 'molly bolts' to anchor it. I'm actually very please with this frame. I mounted my daughters nurse uniform for her graduation, proud mom and happy customer.

Answer:	It fits my xl football jersey so I imagine a 2x basketball would fit.

Answer:	They do fit, but I fold the sleeves so they fit. Also have to fold jersey sides behind a little bit too. I pin them back with straight pins. For example if jersey # is 81 one sleeve shows 8 and other shows 1
