Answer:	32 is the width, 622 correlates to the diameter (700) and both are in millimeters. It will work but make sure this is the valve stem you require.
Question:	How do I remove the liner to wash it
Answer:	Blow really hard! 🤣. Just kidding! You need a pump with a Presta valve adapter. Most bicycle pumps these days have that option available. Remember to loosen the valve screw before you put air in it. Once the tube is filled make sure you tighten the screw on the valve back down.

Answer:	I chose not too. I can't say the quality impressed me as grossly inferior, but I burned through all 6 tubes in as many months - I dont know what kind of bad karma I stirred up to warrant such a general and catastrophic failure of bicycle tubes, but I'm trying other options to compare. I was riding 50 to 100 miles a week of well paved suburban roads. Nothing rough or abusive, but tube after tube just developed leaks - some tire side, some rim side, some at seams, one pinch flat that was probably my fault after a hasty change out.

Question:	Have extra large head. How adjustable is helmet
Answer:	Buy the extra large on . Measure ur head first then go by the chart. It’s not easy adjusting at first and kind of hard getting it under the chin till u get use to it. I found it took a little time but it worked out. It’s a very good warm helmet and u will like it . It will work and I’m very happy with it.
Question:	Can i put my outdoor tech wireless audio clips 2.0 in the helmet

Answer:	Actually yes! I use Aftershokz Trekz Air headphones (wireless). The sound is excellent when in the helmet. The helmet has zipper access which opens from ear to ear so you can easily insert these Trekz Air headphones inside and secure with no sacrifice in sound or discomfort. The padding inside the ear pockets keeps the headset from pinching or pressure directly against ear or skin.

Question:	What size helmet do you suggest for a 10 year old kid? I tried the measurements but not sure it was done correctly so wanted to ask other parents
Answer:	I would think so. We use for snowboarding and the helmet fits snuggly and the goggles while tinted offer very clear vision.

Answer:	The integrity of the helmet is compromised there for it is not good anymore just like our hard hats on construction jobs it should be discarded
