Answer:	They come in different sizes. Mine are 23cm. Newer Model bikes may have slightly larger tires. They are not one size fits all.

Answer:	I have this helmet in a Large Orange and I have the outdoor tech chips as well. This helmet is a perfect fit for the chips. The liner has soft Styrofoam inserts in the place where audio devices would go as a place holder until you fill them with audio equipment. I have never been happier with my audio and helmet compatibility than I am right now.

Yes, you can crank the back to get it smaller, but the ear pads weren't lined up with my ears and the helmet was too heavy and big.
