Answer:	I have not had that problem. The cover does get saturated with water but the air balders are so inflated no water gets in the cover. Try adding more air.

Answer:	The small will likely still be too large. I ordered my 9 year old daughter size small and it was loose even after adjusting.

Answer:	You can cut the whole bottom out and the outside will still stay inflated if you cut holes in the bottom it just won’t hold air we have one the kids use like a inner tube because the bottom ripped so I cut it out.

Answer:	I would probably not use it for river tubing unless it was a very calm river. We purchased this raft to take out on a pond and the first trip it got a hole before we even use it. The best we could figure is it got caught by a briar on the way. If one small briar put a hole in it, I don't know if it would hold up to any rocks or branches that may be in a river.

We have a pontoon and the connection point is just above the water and this helps keep the rope out of the water which creates drag and slows the tube down. Our neighbor has a pontoon also but his connection point is on a bar that is higher than the seats so way out of the water. He does not need this booster ball. So the question is: where is your rope connection on your boat? High or low? Speed boats probably would not need it.

Answer:	The bottom is canvas. The outside is a canvas cover over a tube it holds up really well. I been using mine for about 2 years now all the time and barley notice any wear on it. Highly recommend it and also has zippers to undo to air out after use.

Answer:	Three small kids, absolutely. We've done this comfortably and safely. Three teenagers, definitely not. Even two teens and a small child would be tight. The two fins in the rear are very helpful with holding small kids onboard.

Answer:	The same thing happened to me and unfortunately it is now in the trash- after ordering the replacement valve I found for it, it didn't fit, so I ordered two more from different websites, neither fit. Sorry

Question:	How small an engine can you use on the towing boat
Answer:	I dont know - depends on the boat - you probably need to be going at least 15 mph to have any fun. If you inflate the tube pretty full - it glides pretty easy over the water - I have an 18 foot with with a 90 hp - I can pull 2 tubes with 2 people on each tube pretty easily
Question:	does it come with a tow rope or do we have to purchase separately
Answer:	Sorry, no tow ropes. I have bought several pull toys, and none have ever included their own tow rope.
Question:	I bought this tube in April and after 2 months use it has developed a bubble in the Center of the tube. Is there a warranty period

Question:	Inflated, what are the dimensions of the cockpit area
Answer:	We sometimes have 2 kids ride together and there are handles for them to use where they can most comfortably reach. Also, on a wild ride the rider may switch handles as she shifts her weight to stay on!

Answer:	Approximately 5 feet in diameter

Answer:	Not that big. It may vary depending on how they folded it, but it certainly won't get that small ever again! It was a while since I got it, but I believe it was less than 2'x1'x1' if I recall correctly. Great item, and my kids love it! Durable and hasn't gotten any mold or mildew either.

Answer:	I filled big mable using the sports tough air blower. I just filled it as much as I could. The tighter the better. It's really built well, it's not gonna pop. Plus it pulls behind the boat better the more air you have in it. Especially for those of us that are gravitationally challenged! Lol

Answer:	The tube is designed for 2 and will be better balanced with 2 riders but it works with 1 rider. I've ran it with 1 rider and never had any issues. This is a very stable tube and the kids love it.

Answer:	All the major towable manufacturers use 170lbs as 1 rider, so you multiply 170 by the number of riders it's made for and that's your weight limit.In the case of the Big Mable, it's a 2-rider tube making the weight limit 340lbs (170 x 2).It's important to note that if you have 2 riders that are 200lbs each, you're overloading this towable and that could result in damage to the harness or the nylon cover on the tube and could result in injury if it gives out while riding!! See the pictures at the 1-star review here on Amazon entitled "Do Not Buy! Falls Apart After a Year! " to see what constant overloading will do to a towable (they are lucky it didn't fail while being towed)!To have 2 riders at 200lbs each you would need a 3-person towable to handle them without being overloaded (3 riders = 510lbs load). much like with a boat where you count your weight limit first and then your passenger capacity.

Question:	Does it need a special pump end to fill it with air? Or can I just fill it with a bike pump or at a gas station
Answer:	you need a cone shaped end to fill it up. You can get a good pump very reasonaable from amazon or wal-mart. They make a 110 volt or a 12 volt d.c. that you can put in a cigarette lighter in the car to fill up. The 110 is quicker.

Answer:	Not sure exact measurements because we returned it, way too small for two people and not really big enough for one adult
