Answer:	It does come with the three fins and the screws to attach it to the board; however, it does not come with a leash. You have to buy that separately.

Answer:	It depends on your skill level but a big factor is volume. Generally match the liters of volume to your body weight in kilograms. So if the board is 86 liters, then somone who is 190 lbs and below should be fine. I think the company actually says 200 lb max.

I can't see anyone using the board sock on a board like this...but, if you're that uptight and don't mind dealing with the hassle of putting it on/off, I guess it could keep some sun off during a full day at the beach.

Answer:	That 100% depends on your skill level and on the types of waves you will be surfing. Typically when you are beginners you want a board that is nice and long to learn on but not too long to maneuver. The 8’ or 8’8” would both work well.
