Before using the flashlight, unscrew the tail cap, remove the battery, remove the insulating plates on the battery’s poles and charge the battery in a suitable Li-Ion charger, e.g. the included USB charger. Once fully charged, insert the battery with the anode side (+) towards the head, then screw the tailcap back on.

I love this light , it's good & bright . the only CON I have is that it has 3 extra O Rings that come with it . I've already used 2 . It seems like everytime you disassemble it 1 of the O rings are broken , I always make sure & lube them for reassembly .

Answer:	The housing can be very tight. The end of the flashlight with the lights twists off. I would recommend you use a little lubricating oil on the O-rings when you close it again.

Answer:	We purchased our batteries at Batteries Plus. They are lithium ion rechargeable. They use a USB port for recharging. I have never had a problem like you described. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I do not know of warranty, but the LED lighting is very good.
Question:	Should the four button top 18650 batteries be protected or non protected? Turns out the those are different sizes
Answer:	No. The one I received is definitely negative. However, the current image shows something *completely* different than the one I received, so have no way of knowing for sure. Keep in mind that having a neutrally buoyant (metal) light will usually mean the light is significantly larger than it needs to be in order to have the air space needed for it to achieve that neutral buoyancy.
