Answer:	I would say it's durable enough to collect garbage however, it isn't very large. But, if your intention is to pick up trash and stuff like that on the beach or in parks etc. while you're walking, it would certainly work for that.

Answer:	I am 6’5” and bought the XL, they easily go from my ankle to the bottom of my knee. So they would definitely fit on your dad. The bottom opening is real tight but you just have to stretch it hard to get over the foot. You want it to be tight like that but it will be hard the first time you do it.

Question:	How much does this bag weigh
Answer:	Have no idea. That's a question for the manufacturer/vendor. I can tell you it's strong and well-made. It's perfect for my use--storage for the 10' x 12' x 6' nylon family tent, its rain bonnet, poles, stakes and tarp for underneath with room to spare. The mesh sides allow for good ventilation during storage so the tent won't smell so bad when we use it again next season.
Question:	How much weight can this bag carry
Answer:	This is just a guess. The bag is big, and we had dive gear for 3 people including fins, snorkel masks, gloves, towels, suntan lotion, water bottles, probably totaled about 20 lbs, a light load considering the bag was only 1/3 filled. The straps are heavy duty. We could have put a lot more in it, limited only to what we could lift.
Question:	Can this bag be a "carry on" on an airline
Answer:	If you squash the contents to 22", you should be able to use it as a carry on. The bag is too long for carry on if filled fully. It still needs to be within the measurements of carry on luggage.

Question:	Whats the main difference in the orange and blue one
Answer:	No, you have to buy the pump separately. It comes with an adapter that you can use at a dive shop, or as an attachment for a pump. Hand pump will take 20 min ( or more) to fill the tank. There are electric ( high pressure /psi) pumps for about 225.00 and hand pumps starting at 60.00. Make sure you verify whatever kit you buy includes the adapter. They also have one that includes a pump, but it’s cheaper to buy separately.
Question:	Does this bag have drain holes in the base to allow water to drain after wet gear is put inside
Answer:	Yes, this is possible. But only our customized mask can be used.
