Answer:	These are pretty easy to put on my Great Pyr. Have to hold down her double dew claws but still not hard. She doesn't fight me, though, so don't know about one with touchy feet. These open up nicely. Secure them snugly with velcro, as she managed to shake one of them off. The first time wearing them was video worthy :)

Question:	Old chi boy has narrow hips yet very chesty. When measuring it says to measure hips (widest part of the body)? So is it hips or widest part
Answer:	My little chi has the same issue - being big on the top and very yet this isn’t an issue because it is an adjustable wheelchair in width which helps tremendously. The hips will be supported by the hanging device designed to keep hip to feet off the ground.
Question:	We bought the one with the back wheels and are now thinking we need the front wheels too. How do we order them
Answer:	We had to modify our pet wheelchair to fit him and his needs, not sure about front wheels but sure we could also add wheels to the front. You could like at some wheelchairs on line and see if they have some with front wheel and get an idea on how to add them yourself. We had to had a vest type halter that was used for outings that buckled on the back of our dogs, and attach leash to it, once we modified the front halter it worked out really well. I didn't care for the strap that came with the unit, was concerned about choking and it didn't hold his front body up.

My husband put it together w/o using any instructions (can't say that I would have been able to) This is worth every penny!!! To measure the height of a dog for our Walkin' Wheels, take measurements with your dog laying down. To get the rear leg height, measure from the thin piece of skin that connects the dog's upper rear leg to his body to the toe pad (as shown in the image). Answer:	Hello, I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your screwdriver. Please make sure that your unit is fully charged. The battery should arrive partially charged, but it may have died. Once you have verified that the battery is charged, please switch on the lock (the small black tab with the "L" and "R" engraved on it). You should be able to pull the trigger and activate the drill. Answer:	Hello, Great question! At this time we do not have an exact length of time for how long each battery will last. However, the battery life for both the drill and screwdriver would depend on what projects you are completing. If you were drilling into wood verses drywall, you would have significantly different battery life lengths. Both motors will use more power when drilling into denser materials. Question:	My gsd's mid-section measures 33-inches; but, his weight fluctuates between77-80 libs. is the larger, heavier strap adjustable
Answer:	It will fit. This fits around my golden retriever that weighs 80 pounds and my Great Dane that weighs 140 pounds. It works great for both of them. I put the harness more towards there back hips and not on there mid section.
Question:	Does this help at all with getting your dog down the stairs? My elderly lab needs help getting up but also not slipping or falling on the way down
Answer:	My dog just had cal surgery so it helps protect him a bit..he's not allowed stairs yet..we have a small car ramp for the three steps to garage. You have to have it around their middle a bit otherwise i I think it was annoying him. I love Amazon cause if it's not working return it..there's some other very expensive harness that may work too
Question:	Can my dog leave this on all day or must it be taken off after each use
Answer:	Typically you would put it on when you needed to lift your dog, or go for walks. The lift harness is made to come off and on within seconds for this reason, but in severe examples we have had owners keep it on all day. The material is soft all the way around with no hard edges or hardware.
Question:	How does this work if the dog urinates? Does the harness need to be removed
Answer:	No it does not need to be removed if it is fit snugly around the waist or chest .We used ours for our little girl and obviously it was not a problem and for a boy you would know doubt have it more around the chest area(so will want to measure accordingly and get the correct size) and it should be fine as well. we have boys as well and I checked it out for you and it is fine just be sure to have it fit snuggly so you can give them that support they need as the vet has told me urinating and getting down to have a bowel movement uses different muscles and so sometimes the constant support you can give them is needed and will give them the confidence to be able to go knowing they wont fall or that their is support giving relief from tired and sore hip joints and muscles. It worked wonderfully for us with no slipping (like the large towel we tried to use at first) was a great help for her and our backs as well, the handles were comfortable for us and the length of the handles was good ... highly recommend it not only helped ease her pain , but gave her a sense of dignity and independence. Hope this helps... also washes fine in the wash on cold and air dry.

Question:	I have a German shepherd about 80lb can use this mobile card
Answer:	You need to order the LARGE one. I bought one for my Golden Retriever based on the measurements they say will work (she's only 19" high) so I bought the Medium (up to 20"), but it is not wide enough and will not adjust far enough so I had to go to a machine shop and have longer pieces machined. She didn't like it at first, so start by using it for a couple of minutes and gradually work your way up in 5 min increments.Unfortunately for me, the bone cancer/spinal collapse & spinal cord compression have advanced to total loss of use of her hind legs and she has never been able to back up to use the sit option. If I knew then what I know now, for MY situation, I would just buy the basic wheelchair
