Answer:	In terms of head protection, the design is basically the same as ski helmets, although this one lacks insulation so you would want it to be a size too big so you could fit a hat on underneath. Rock climbing helmets feature a harder plastic exterior, used to protect from falling rocks. Bike/ski helmets dont have a hard enough exterior shell to to protect from rock falls.

Answer:	I looked back to see what size I ordered. I do not have large hands and if buying gloves or mitts and I buy a S/M. I had someone measure my hand just now . The back of my hand measures 4inches across to the thumb (inclusive) and 7 inches from the end of my wrist to the top of my index finger. I ordered size Medium in these golves and they were very thight. I had to use baby powder to get them on. Within a couple of days they had loosened up so I had full mobilility but they were still tight. Thats how you want them. Good Luck!!

Answer:	I looked back to see what size I ordered. I do not have large hands and if buying gloves or mitts and I buy a S/M. I had someone measure my hand just now . The back of my hand measures 4inches across to the thumb (inclusive) and 7 inches from the end of my wrist to the top of my index finger. I ordered size Medium in these golves and they were very thight. I had to use baby powder to get them on. Within a couple of days they had loosened up so I had full mobilility but they were still tight. Thats how you want them. Good Luck!!
