Answer:	In terms of head protection, the design is basically the same as ski helmets, although this one lacks insulation so you would want it to be a size too big so you could fit a hat on underneath. Rock climbing helmets feature a harder plastic exterior, used to protect from falling rocks. Bike/ski helmets dont have a hard enough exterior shell to to protect from rock falls.

Question:	I am curious why this helmet isn't for bike riding
Answer:	According to the description "Multi-impact design - Not for bicycle use does Not meet CPSC, ASTM, or NZ certifications". So "no" this helmet is not certified however it is very sturdy and good for basic bike-riding and skateboarding (beginners). The padding is very thick and some people described it as snug so be sure to check the sizing to get the proper fit. The padding however keeps the helmet very snug and secure on my sons head though. It can get pretty sweaty after a while so make sure he takes it off when he takes a break. Overall great helmet and much better than the designer ones that have next-to-none padding...worked great!

Answer:	I’d say the s/m. I measured at 21 exactly and technically could have gone either xs/s or s/m....went with the xs/s and glad I did. It’s a good snug fit but not tight and you can adjust nicely with the two sets of pads they give you. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I guess you could, the inside is cushion with cover over it. It can be taken out so it can dry after using it. I bought this for my grandson it fits secure. I personally don't see why not but I am not a professional. I ordered this for a skate board helmet.

Answer:	I am not saying they are not for bicycling for everyone... a child may be okay wearing while riding. I personally would not let my child wear it and adults definitely should not wear it for riding at any sort of speed... then again I ride my bike everywhere as a main mode of transportation. Either way your brain is nothing to risk when riding a bike or doing any other activity and in my perspective this helmet is not the quality I would rely on to protect my brain (center of making rational decisions and intellect) my opinion may not be matched by everyone but I returned this item and spent my money on something that is of higher quality assurance for my money and brain. Hope my opinion helps :)
