Answer:	Can't remember what was on the box, but we figured since it had to be assembled a bit and the battery had to be charged, we would do that all the day before giving it to our grandson. I decided to make a game out of finding it and arranged clues all over the house eg: go to your room to find the next clue, etc. and I had someone else put it in a room with a sheet over it and the last clue directed him to that room. Question:	Love my A5, should I get A6 for 2x price? 10" Wheels much better? Is folding mechanism better
Answer:	I would say, no. It's basically a super-size version of the A5. Don't get me wrong , I too have an A5 , but this newer model the A6 is bigger in size to go over rocks and cracks on the sidewalk . If you plan on selling your old one then do it get the A6 , if not then hold-off on the A6 really, just bulkier and bigger caster wheels. Aside from that all the same. ~Good-luck

Question:	Are the stock bearings better than a5's or should i install bones reds on this too
Answer:	I popped in new bearings, and saw a improvement. However, there are two extra bearings in the rear setup, embeded in the frame. I couldnt get them out, but i think they are there more as spacers, than bearings. So, i left them in, and just replaced the two bearings on either side of wheel.
Question:	How low is the platform of this scooter
Answer:	13.5 long by 4.5 wide. It's plenty big. It's big enough for at least a size 13 mens shoe. My husband has ridden it as well and he's 6'4" 240lbs with size 13 feet. I ride this scooter from the parking lot to work, about 3 miles each day. I had a different large wheel kick scooter prior to this one and it had suspension and 8" wheels. It lasted about a year and 1,000 miles and the suspension bit the dust. This scooter, the new razor with 10" tires is AWESOME and I know it well outlast 1,000 miles. No need for suspension, and found it took away some of the speed anyway. I'm easily able to cover a mile and a half each way in about 6 minutes. Little effort to kick and BIG COAST TIME. The only negative thing I have to say about this scooter is that the break isn't as responsive as that on my old scooter, and the mud flaps aren't long enough to stop splash back from rain on the front and rear tires. However, I don't have any huge hills on my commute, and if it rains, I just decide to either walk it or get wet. (I've fashioned a dixie cup extension off of the back mud flap/brake guard that I duct tape on when it rains...it worked pretty well...now just to figure out how to make one for the front. Bottom line, this is pretty much the one to go with if you don't have to deal with big hills. I joined an adult kick scooter forum and spent about 3 days reading it to find the type I wanted. This one was it, and I have no regrets...buying three more for the family.

Answer:	I would say damaged during shipping or missing parts, we use ours daily and charge it every other night had no problems with it . I Did order a second battery for it. Install it by using the video shouldn't have any problems.

Answer:	No rubber just plastic but my little drives it on dirt it can't handle a lot of hills but a flat dirt road is fine

Answer:	I think you can with a chain with padlock. Tie it around the base near the front tire.

Answer:	The weight max limit for this scooter is up to 265lbs. I weigh about 220lbs and have no issues with riding this scooter. I don’t feel it slows down or goes any slower because of my weight. My wife weighs about 150lbs and she can be seen riding just as fast as me.
