Answer:	Yes, I bought scooters for grandkids ages 2 - 4, but their older brothers ages 9 & 10 jump on them too. They just raise the adjustable handle and take off.

Answer:	Not sure what the max height is bc I don’t have the box anymore. However, the handle is adjustable. My daughter will be 4 in 2 months and she’s at the lowest setting the handle allows.
