Answer:	2nd time using it. First time it was barely cutting the stubble on my head. Figured there might be a learning curve so I tried moving it very slow. Nope that wasn't it. Tried pressing very hard. Nope that didn't work either, just hurt my head. Used it for about 10 minutes in the shower and finally had most of the stubble gone but not even close to a smooth head. Used it again today, hoping that maybe the shaver is smarter than me and I was doing something wrong. Had about a week worth of stubble and it took me 15 minutes to get rid of most the stubble. Finally said to heck with it and broke out the regular razor to get the smooth head I prefer. Now my head feels like a bad razor burn from using this dang thing for so long. So to answer this question above.....I seriously think these are either paid people to write reviews or I got hosed and got a faulty razor. Will be returning it today and sticking with ol faithful. A regular razor.

Answer:	My machine is still running strong after a month of continuous use. Just remember that this is a machine constructed of plastic with a small motor mechanism.
