Actually, whenever you press the click surface down (and note the entire touch surface is actually one big clickable button, not the design I'd have gone with, but whatever), it will always default to a left click if you are touching the left side of the touchpad, even if you are touching the right side with another finger (also, unlike a normal laptop touchpad, a 2 finger tap will not do a right-click). Note this also means you cannot do a right-click while resting your other fingers on the upper portion of the mouse like you could with a traditional mouse.

NOTE: 1) we have identical laptops and identical mouses. 2) the bad mouse can't connect to either laptop while the good mouse can connect to both laptops. 3) THE MOUSE IS DEFECTIVE, the issue can not be blamed on user error.

Answer:	It should mostly work but it does have windows-specific keys on the keyboard so it might take some getting used to. I'd usually recommend sticking with a keyboard intended for use on a mac for the best and easiest experience.
