Question:	Does the knot cause discomfort when laying on your back for weightlifting, yoga, Pilates, etc
Answer:	No, the material is very soft and the knot is unobtrusive for sit ups, leg lifts and other boot camp type exercises. I do keep it low on my back, as low as possible to cover my tummy and therefore the knot is rather small. I could make the knot larger by cinching it up higher and making the shirt more form fitting in the front, but I prefer a modest look.

Answer:	The series that I received was the 6 piece plain color series and it had black but not read. My colors were sort of fall colors: Maroon, Moss Green (like), Navy Blue, Teal, Gray & Black

Question:	Mine came untied with the little knot the others came in and idk how to re-tie it
Answer:	Dear Customer, If you find your headband untied, that is a normal condition, it is not untied actually, you can find the knot again. Here is a instruction about how to find the knot back we quote from another helpful customer: Find the seam of the bottom of your headband and make sure the inside of the seam (the part that is surged and sticking up) is facing up on the inside of the loop of the band with the 2 parts of the band spreading away from it on either side. Then the knot will appear again.
Question:	I have poor luck with headbands as they always seem to slide off shortly after wearing. Does anyone have that issue with these
Answer:	Yes I have found that they slide on me. They are very nice but don’t fit my head. So they aren’t for everyone. But the fabric and quality are nice. If you are usually unsuccessful at headbands I wouldn’t buy as you cannot return them.
