Answer:	I have to draw on like half of my eyebrows, and in a pinch it works. But it dries a tad shiny. Like not like sparkley, but like slick looking. Which is fine as an eyeliner, but for eyebrows, it's kinda ehhh.

Answer:	No i have never used it that way , honestly I put eyeliner on my inside lower lid too. The water line is what it's called but from past experience liquid liners don't work well there, your better off using a pencil liner but with a kohl like consistency like makeup forever pencil liners or something like that. I bought this because it was packable and could be thrown in a backpack when not in use. I purchased this for an Alaskan cruise since the weather can be unpredictable. I was able to layer it over a thick, long sleeve cotton shirt & a lightweight thin down jacket. It held up to a little light rain and gave me an extra layer of wind breaking during a whale excursion. I'm not sure how it would hold up in a down pour as we had wonderful weather while we were there. Only a few times did it lightly rain, and this jacket kept me dry.

Answer:	I’ve never work it in a storm BUT i have work it out in the rain. It is really waterproof! I work outside at the airport and it worked. The only thing is I’ve washed it one too many times and the inside liner it’s kinda jacked now. I DO still wear it there aren’t any holes tears or rips. It’s also very good for wind! Also wear it while riding my motorcycle and its a great barrier

Answer:	May not work. But this is not waterproof. I have wore it two times in the month I have had it and it is terrible in even light rain. The first time was in a downpour but the second was a light rain shower and it also soaked right thru and I was wet. Don’t buy!

Answer:	it’s very true to the photo and is a dark teal shade - NOT navy. hope that helps!

Answer:	It is a little tricky to align both of the zipper tabs together but once you lign them and hold them together the zipper will work, you must persevere a little to master it, but worth it, love this rain coat.

Answer:	I think so. It's pretty much a one-size-fits-all and is very roomy.

Answer:	I had to make sure the pin was seated properly in the box the first couple uses. After that it was fine. I've had other coated zippers require a little extra work for the first few uses. Then they're fine.
