Answer: I'm still waiting for my shorts 11 days after ordering and from tracking info appears to be sitting in the 3rd party vendors 'parcel pool' warehouse waiting until there are several packages to the same state, accumulate before they are shipped en masse. I would have ordered direct from Volcom (but pay a little more) and from previous experience would have received it in 4 days but they did not have the color I wanted.
