Question:	Not clear what "100% polyurethane" means in relation to the jacket. And the descriptions in reviews seem mixed. Is this the thicker rubber/ plasticky
Answer:	Leah, The sleeves have a nylon lining and the body has a mesh weave lining for breath ability. The outside of the jacket doesn't feel rubbery like some heavy rain jackets. It feels a lot like the outer lining of my kids winter coats that are water repellent. This is a light weight jacket. It is a comfortable fabric that sheds water well in a light rain. I wore it in colder temps with a light jacket underneath and was very warm. It blocks wind well. I hope this helps.
