I'm a 7 wide and the 7 gave me room in toebox, not too much, just enough. With high arches, the "sock" part is a bit snug, I can only wear thin socks. Which is fine, I live in warm climate. If you want to convert a U.S. men’s size into women’s, simply add 2 sizes (men’s size 7 = women’s size 9). However, that is not an exact mathematical calculation because men’s footwear (in general) tends to run larger in size and width. Sneakers/Trainers tend to run a 1.5 sizing difference. The best recommendation would be to go to the shoe brand’s website (in this case, Nike) to see their gender sizing conversion chart. My answer is based on my previous experience in specialty retail (clothing/footwear) back in my younger years. Good Luck. |
