Answer:	The question introduces one of the problems with this product - a less tgan intuitive process for configuring. Additionally, I found that even though I could set other parameters the documentation/instructions were either wrong or simply not explained well enough to get the day parameter changed and correct, especially in a leap year. I am living with it for now and later on will pay more for a better watch with decent documentation.

Question:	Is it luminous at night or in the dark
Answer:	Just a little bit, overall its a great watch. I have a watch box full of watches. But i prefer this ( SKMEI ) brand It's not expensive. You can get it direct from China for about 6 or 7 dollars, but it takes about 30 days. It keeps great time. But to see it in the dark , just push the button on the top left. But not to many times. Because that will kill the battery. By the way it has 2 batteries. The first one you get to is for the date and the light. If you buy this watch that's the one that dies first. The first battery last for about 2 years. Do your self a favor and take it to a watch repair shop. Like i said this is a great watch, i have 4 of them, use 2 for parts.

Answer:	Mine is in feet, so if your location typically uses meters, that adds a bit of complexity. Especially since this device, like all altimeters of this type, are barometers and measure air pressure changes. You'll need to reset it as you come across locations of known altitudes. So that can become a more complex and error prone process if your local/known altitudes are in a unit that is different than your altimeter. See 203F vs 203M.

Question:	Could a jeweler remove this band and install a metal stretch band
Answer:	Well I just tried myself and with a sewing pin, I was able to push the strap pin straight out. So, yes, a jeweler could easily do it (these watches don't use the typical sprung pin like most watches). It might be possible to put on a regular strap but it will probably not look quite as integrated as the original. If you take it out yourself you could look for a 20mm wide strap (mine measures 20mm). BTW, I am just about to receive my 4th watch like this. The other three straps have broken and a complete watch + strap is less expensive than a strap by itself.
