Question:	How do you change the date? There doesn't appear to be a middle setting and going around a 24 hour cycle doesn't do it either
Answer:	It does, all you have to do is turn it on. When you are in the alarm mode, simply press the start button (top right) until you see a "sig" in the bottom right of the screen. That means the hourly chime is now on.

Answer:	With the smallest circumference the watch can fit being 17 cm, it is not small enough if your wrist is tinier than that. I have 14 cm circumference wrist, and I am a fully grown adult. This watch would be too large for my wrist.

Answer:	You have to go forward with the time setting, 24 hours for each day. I just reset mine this weekend to the correct date.

Answer:	I've had this watch for about 9 months. I've worn it during climbs up multiple 14,000+ ft peaks, subfreezing weekend camp outs, a week-long backpacking trek in the Grand Canyon, and several games of kickball. Answer:	Hard to say, depends on wrist size. I bought this for my fiance who is 6'2" 200+lbs and it fits his wrist well.

Answer:	I don't exactly, I guess "normal" battery, I mean, this battery isn't rechargable, you can go at Walmart or other supermarket, buy a battery and replace it. Regards.

Answer:	I have not had any problems with this watch, and the screen is visible in the full sun off day and at night with the press of a button which you can also set how long the backlight is on. I am happy with this purchase.
Question:	How good are the instrutions
Answer:	To get a truly accurate temperature reading, yes. The owner's manual says to take it off for 20-30 minutes to get a good reading. However, and this is important, you can recalibrate the temperature, which would include while you are wearing the watch. So if your body temp is not changing significantly (such as during a workout), you could conceivably recalibrate the temp to the current temp based on a thermometer and it would stay fairly accurate throughout the day while wearing.

Answer:	It's pretty durable. I rock climb and run all the time and nothing has really happened to it even when it hits the ground or a wall.
