Answer:	No.. the mounting plate is not pre-drilled for any specific router.. it does however have a centering template pre-printed on the mounting plate that makes laying out the specific Router holes quick, easy and accurate.. just follow the directions and make sure to use a backer board to prevent tear-out on the mounting plate when drilling the holes.

Answer:	It will certainly fit, the track seems to be slightly wider than the slot on my table saw. My expandable feather boards are slightly loose in the track of the router table.

Answer:	One box. Not sure but I'm a small woman and I carried it up twelve steps alone. a bit heavy but manageable.

Answer:	I am not sure the weight limit. I will say they are not built for a heavy person over 200. Also you have to be careful as the back of the seat does not lock in place so if you had to stand on one the back will flip down. I bought the set to play games on with my grandkids age 10, 8 and 5 and for this purpose the table and chairs are fine.
