That aside, the Giro is a comfortable and reliable MIPS helmet.

Answer:	I have a rather large head so I knew the M wouldn’t be the one for me. The large fits very well and the helmet has an adjustment in the back so you can make it slightly larger or smaller. The helmet is very light and a solid product. Hope this helps with your decision. Oh the the light on the back of the helmet gives great visibility to drivers.

Answer:	It's not a ridiculous question. Many major helmet companies offer some kind of free or discounted replacement if you're involved in a crash that damages the helmet. Google "bike helmet crash free replacement". You'll see for example Bontrager "With our Crash Replacement Guarantee, we will provide you with a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership." For this brand "Grottico", I can't find any info about a crash-replace program.

Answer:	That's interesting... here's the info from a sticker on the inside of the helmet... Model HT-23, size: 57-62CM, weight: 355-365g, Made In China. The space between my ears is typicaly huge. I find this helmet comfortable and secure. The strap that circles our head is adjustable by twisting the led circle in the back. This seems generic but is very functional.
Question:	How to change the light battery? What battery to install
Answer:	Behind the circular adjustment knob/light is a 3" x 1/2" long pad held on via Velcro. Remove that pad. Under that pad is a small patch of Velcro held in place with an adhesive side. Carefully peel off that patch. Under it you will find a small black screw. Using a jeweler's phillips head screwdriver, remove that screw and the knob will come off. On the back are 3 small silver screws. Using the same jeweler's phillips head screwdriver, remove the 3 silver screws and the back of the knob will drop off. Pull the electronics part of the knob out of the plastic housing and this will reveal a #2032 3v watch battery. Simply push it out of the contact plate and insert a new battery. Test the light by pushing on the small black switch button in the center of the electronics package. Repeat the disassembly process in reverse order and the light will be ready to use.

Answer:	It comes with a visor. I don't know if the visor can be reordered. But it is separate from the helmet.
Question:	How to attach visor. Plugs in helmet are in the way
Answer:	Those are not actually plugs on the helmet. Just push the prong on the visor through the center of the dot that looks like a plug. Start with the center front one. You will have to slightly stretch the side of the visor back until the prong lines up with the side plug/socket then press it in. My helmet's directions made no mention of a visor in any way, lol.

Answer:	Go with the large. My head is just under 21” and the medium feels snug sometimes.
Question:	how to charge the rear light ? is it removable from the helmet or do you chargre it from the inside
Answer:	You have to get the light out of the helmet to charge it. I found it impossible to pull out from the outside---don't even try or you might damage the exterior. However, from the inside, I found a small hole that I used to push it out with a long key. There is no hinge, no velcro strap, it must be pushed straight out. It is USB rechargeable.

With lighter weight, somehow i like better Agilis rather than Syntax (personally). 2. Answer:	do the m. Not only is there an overlap in sizes (in reality), but there's two reasons why. 1. The MIPS insert reduces the actual size about 1/4 - 1/2 cm. 2. If you ever wear anything on your head, it will take extra space as well

Answer:	I have both and I prefer the synthe. It's lighter, slightly smaller in overall size, and it's actually more quiet when your riding faster. The cinder is a great helmet too but I can tell the air moves smoother over the synthe by the noise.

Answer:	I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to as "loud" but when I do ride with music, I use one earbud and hear the music and traffic quite well. I haven't come across any helmet that quiets strong wind.
