Answer:	11" length, 8" width in back, 3" width in front. BUT I equipped my seat with the optional foam cover for extra cushion. I would recommend the cover because the seat by itself is quite firm even though it is padded.

Answer:	Yes, I installed it on my Orbea 29" MTB prior to a 4 hour endurance race. Best decision ever! I rode 32 miles in 4 hours over roots, rocks, descents and climbs. My backside was the least tired of all my parts when the race was over. Im 6 ft and 240lbs.
Question:	How would you rate the comfort level for long rides (>1hr) Would you recommend this for a Metric Century
Answer:	I did not have good luck with this saddle. I had a previous Serfas VM-125 type saddle that I found very comfortable. With regard to the RX ... the sit bone comfort is fine, there is no chaffing and the important parts are fine. The trouble for me is where the leg joins the hip on the inside. It seems to apply pressure to that inside area and about 22 miles into the ride it hurts. To find the spot, bring a book up your leg and where it contacts at the leg/hip joint is where I have pain. I think the issue is that the seat flexes outwards when you sit applying pressure to that hip/lig joint area. YCMV (Your Comfort May Vary) but I recommend trying this seat before buying. BTW ... I have tried mine in many positions for over 1,550 miles and no luck.

Answer:	It's the same size as a traditional Selle Royal saddle. The issue is it for you or a woman rider. I tried the saddle and had aching sit bones for almost a week. I'm in my 70s and ride from 15-20+ miles 4 to 5 times a week. Don't buy a seat unless it's comfortable; obviously it's not for a road bike but a hybrid like my older Cannondale.
