Question:	Will this be good for touring
Answer:	Good question, a little tricky to answer due to rear-end variability. I've used and liked a similar Selle Italia saddle for >10 years - the C2 Gel Flow. The C2 had fancy alloy (Vanox) rails that were very light, but they would fatigue and break after a year or two. Tried Sport Gel Flow as a stand-in while waiting for new C2. The Sport has steel rails rather than alloy, has a very similar shape, but has slightly more padding. New C2 arrived and surprise! they've ditched the alloy rails and gone with steel on C2 as well. Weighed them and the Sport is now actually a tiny bit lighter than C2 - so there goes that advantage. Bottom line - I like the extra padding and haven't bothered to change back from Sport yet. I've done lots of centuries on C2 and find the sport just as comfortable (and maybe ~$20-30 cheaper). It's a good bet.

Answer:	Our product is very resilient, with a good GEL materials. Sit on it is very comfortable, You won't be hard. It is a very good bicycle seat.

Answer:	I use an adjustable wrench to remove outer nuts on both sides. Next removed outer plates and slid the unit toward the narrow end of the tracks under the seat until they came off.

Answer:	I believe it's Italy. None-the-less it is my favorite bicycle seat so far. I rode it on a 116 mile round trip without being sore. I would say that's a great seat! I am 6' tall and 210lbs.
