Instructions:

Pre-Glued patch: Emergency maintenance use.

1. Please completely drain the remaining air in the tire, and then use the bicycle lever to remove the inner tube.

2. Inflate the inner tube into the water to find the puncture hole.

3. Scratch around the puncture hole with a metal file to make it rough.

4. Paste the patch and press it with your thumb for 1 minute.

Vulcanizing Patch: If you want to ride for a long time, please use it, more reliable.

1. Use the lever to remove the inner tube.

2. Inflate the inner tube into the water to find the puncture hole.

3. Scratch around the puncture hole with a metal file to make it rough.

4. Apply vulcanizing fluid to the rough area and make sure the area is larger than the area of the Vulcanizing Patch, then wait 1-2 minutes.

5. Paste the Vulcanizing Patch, use a wooden stick or metal stick to hit the surface of the patch to fully integrate the patch with the inner tread.

Answer:	You need the main product to use this. Initially, there is a "machine" that comes with the wheel inside. It snaps in and out of the machine. The machine has a turn crank that spins the wheel against the CD and scrapes off a tiny bit of the plastic to clean the scratches. The CD has to stay wet during this process...to keep it from melting and to make sure the particles do not get stuck into groves made and to keep them from floating around, I presume.

How to use it for the best effect?

1. Inflate the inner tube into the water to find the puncture hole.

2. Scratch around the puncture hole with a sandpaper to make it rough.

3. Apply vulcanizing fluid to the rough area and make sure the area is larger than the area of the Vulcanizing Patch, then wait 1-2 minutes.

4. Paste the Vulcanizing Patch, use a rubber hammer or wooden stick to tap to completely exhaust the remaining air in the pasted area, wait another 30 minutes to fully dry.

After this cycle has run, change to the blue disks and run the repair cycle once more, again using three drops from the tube, clean the disk off with the cloth and finally run the clean cycle with three drops of cleaning solution.

Answer:	the tire pry are made of hard plastic, which works just fine. All the rest is made of metal (not sure which one). The major problem is the Allen keys. Though they are also made of metal they are very thin (about 1 mm thick) which make them ductile. They cant even be compared to a proper Allen keys which are about 3-4 mm thick.
