Answer:	I'm not familiar with the EG 250 foldable ebike, but I'll give you the dimensions of the truck bag.The main truck bag compartment measures 12"×6"×6" inside. The expandable panniers measures 15"×10"×2" when open. The panniers hang down 11" from the of the top base plate of the carrier rack. The bag is well made, spacious, and extremely water resistant when all compartments are closed up. I have three of these bags. The other two of these bags have different brand names and use nylon canvas outer shells with ordinary sippers construction and materials. Those other bags are not as water resistant as this RockBros version. I'm pleased with not only the RockBros poly outer, but I'm equally pleased with the materials and construction of the moisture repellent sippers RockBros truck bag. I highly recommend this trunk bag, it is worth extra expense over all of the others for the ability to shed rain water. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I doubt it unless it was a very small sleeping bag rolled up very tightly. I would use a dry bag mounted to the handlebars to carry a sleeping bag.

Answer:	It affixes like most other bags. I took mine on the black canyon trail in Arizona and it held up just fine.

Answer:	I was also concerned about this measurement. On my wife's bike it measured 7.5" from the top of the saddle to the top of the frame. Or 6.5" from the top of the frame to the saddle frame. She hasn't use it yet for bike packing but it looks like it should have enough clearance to the rear wheel.
