Answer:	Not seeing exactly what you're trying to do, my guess would be yes. One option is to mount them on the top rail on the frame that goes down on an angle to the rear axle area since they do pivot/rotate to meet that angle and aim at traffic, etc. behind you. The rubber snap loops to adjust to that size of tubing on the frame.

The lights dim at about 1.25 volts.) The batteries are very easy to change, easy to open the light and remove and replace, takes about 10 seconds and no tools. I use 4 tail lights on my saddlebags, cars avoid me. Be safe, be highly visible, use at least two lights. I bought other lights, but I prefer these and use them exclusively now for my tail lights.

Answer:	AAA. All of these small lights that i have seen use AAAs. The battery life with LEDs is extended by using the blink setting as opposed to the constant on setting, but is pretty impressive either way. Answer:	I don’t know how many lumens for sure but it is much brighter than anything else out there that I have bought recently. I use it on the road because it has exceptional visibility between the red and blue. The white can be a little blinding to others if riding in a group when on the high setting. Answer:	I don't know why but mine was doing the same thing. At the time I was riding 2-3 hours on a ride and then again on the next day. On the second day my light would turn off during my ride. I would turn it on again and it would usually work the remainder of the ride. Then I started recharging my light after every ride and have not had the issue since. The time between charge for the light seems to have been optimistic.

Answer:	You probably keep losing the clip on style lights. If so I know your pain. I put the SB rear light on my mountain bike over a month ago and it hasn't moved a bit. Answer:	99% of road bikes here are equipped with a small bag for tubes, tools and air cartridges. They usually have a strap for attaching this light. That’s how I have mine.

Answer:	The light itself without the mount is 1.37 in wide. Max height is 2.78 in. Max front to back is 1.496. The mount will offset the light from the mounting point by about 0.75 in which means that the light will extend from the mounting point by about 2.25 inches depending on angle and how tightly you strap it. I think the 3x8x2 they refer to is the size of the box it is packaged in.

Answer:	I have two of these and they both show >270° on the unit itself. In addition to the main, rear-facing lens, there is a protruding side panel on each side that fits between the notches of the fastening band. These would be the source of any visible flashing light beyond the 180° arc seen from a rear viewpoint. However, given the rider's legs, anyone in an oncoming position from an angle beyond 200° would not see much in the way of a warning flash (maybe just a diffuse red glow from the whole contraption), hence, the need for a flashing white headlight.
