Answer:	Yes and no. The claims of brightness are exaggerated. They are definitely clearly noticeable at night and will grab attention but they are nowhere near comparable to an automobile’s. In daylight these lights have an strange phenomenon in the way they appear. First, they are definitely not AS noticeable as they are at night. A close vehicle with a driver paying attention will see it...but it isn’t going to grab their attention very easily if they are not looking. Now, that weirdness...the “amber” is not done how one might think. They choose to use a clear plastic lens not an amber tinted one. Instead they chose to color the actual LEDs. This is fine at night. It’s actually dead on the right color. In daylight however, is a whole other story that you’ll just have to see to believe...In sunlight, the light looks like the color of the inside of a blood orange! Yeah... I was so happy the first night only to be really surprised to look down during my first day ride to see the dull red-orange colored flashing that I was displaying to the world around me as a form of communication! I can only imagine the expression on my face! haha
