Question:	how long does it take to charge and how do i know if it's fully charged? I spent all day charging the battery and within 10m there was only 1 light
Answer:	I initially charged it overnight, and it lasted for several weeks of ~1 hour long rides. However I don't ride with it always on the highest (brightest) setting - it has three brightness levels, and I usually ride with it on the lowest or middle level, only using the brightest level for short times when I really need the extra lighting.
Question:	Might sound crazy but has anyone run this light on 12 volts
Answer:	My battery pack died long ago and I recently dug this light out of the bin to rig up on an ebike. Thinking the voltage was 13.something I plugged it into my 12V test bench to fit some pieces to help beam pattern, lo and behold the light fired up fine, ran it at every setting for 40+ minutes. Gets blisteringly hot, but then again it did that with the 8.4V battery too. I'll simply run it at 8.4V to be safe

Answer:	At least 1.5 hours on high, but over 2.5 on low. This light is blinding even on low. I glued some diffuser film to the face of the frame with instant glue to remove the mild hot (bright) spots. It turns night into day. Buy the second battery if you are going long. Warning -This light (LEDs) just shut off without warning when the battery is discharged. Usually at the worst time.

Because the battery always had low life even at the lowest setting, I changed to an 8 cell battery...with the same results. Not sure why, but this seems to be an issue related to the light.Just last night, the unit died after only traveling 4 miles into a 6 mile trail. I carry a weak backup light, which was able to get me out of the woods. The experience sobered me up enough to know that I'm going to look for a more reliable light + battery combo. My next setup is going to have plenty of redundancy - likely a handlebar mount and helmet mount, and anything else that can be recommended. Without any light source in the woods, I'm not so sure i would have been able to follow the trail even just walking. You should not night ride on trails alone, especially in cold weather.

Answer:	It's water resistant, I wouldn't take it underwater though. Rain should be no problem for these lights...
Question:	Do all 3 LEDs run on High, medium and low
Answer:	The unit I have runs 1 for low, 2 for medium 3 for high, 3 for flashing.(I'm pretty sure I scorched my retina looking at the light to get you the answer)I love this unit. I just bought a second one but configured to also double as a flashlight.For $40 you have to figure it's a piece of junk but it isn't.Hope this helps

Total mileage mode

This mode displays average speed, total mileage, temperature, time, stopwatch.

How to reset the mileage on the odometer

Press the L button to make the total mileage character flash, press and hold the R button for more than 3 seconds, then set from left to right, use the R button to make the setting, and then use the L button to confirm. The setting range is from 0.000 to 9999, and if the range is exceeded, it is automatically zeroed out.

How to set the temperature unit

Press the L button to cause the total mileage character to flash, then press the L button again to trigger the temperature flash, press and hold the R button for more than 3 seconds to cause the "degree centigrade" character to flash, then press the R button again to change the unit from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, and use the M button to confirm.

How to set the time

Press the L button to make the time sign flash, then press and hold the R button to toggle between 24H and 12H, and press the R button again to confirm;Press the L button to set the time, then press the R button again to change the time number, use the L button to toggle between hours, minutes, and seconds, use the R button to set, and use the M button to confirm.

How to switch to the stopwatch

Smart anti-theft alarming mode

Easy Installation

1.Unscrew the magnetic head by hand, thread the bike crossmember through the mounting holes, then rotate and tighten.

2. Attach the rubber sticker to the receiver.

3. Mount the inductor on the front fork of the disc brake.

4. The two sensors are aligned, and the distance between them must not exceed 3mm.

5. Attach the LED bike light to the handlebars.
