Answer:	There are 3 holes each one 1.5 inches apart center to center. The two outside holes are 5/8 inches from the edge and the entire unit is 4.5 inches wide. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I have them on a Surly LHT 26” where they fit perfectly. And recently put them on an old Ridgeback 26” mountain bike and had to cut into part of the plastic to make room for the chain to shift into the lowest back gear, and it works.

Answer:	Aluminum, hilarious ... only the little tab on top that attaches to the frame. These are good fenders, made of plastic, but the best part is that the stays are one piece that goes around the back-side of the fender, attaching with a steel tab. This is the only design I have found that do not come apart where the stay attaches to the fender.

Question:	What tools do I need to repair each part
Answer:	The tires will fit in the fender, but at 45 mm, I think the fender might be too wide. Looking at a photo of that bike, the fenders might impede the brake calipers. On my installation, the rear fender also blocked the full movement of the front derailleur, which I solved by trimming the fender.
Question:	Are these mudguards suitable for 29-inch mtn bicycles
Answer:	First I want to say not all tires are the same. One manufacturers 28mm can be as big as another's 32mm. Likewise you can have a 32mm that is as narrow as another's 28mm. With that said, I use and own both the wide (45mm) and the narrow (35mm) planet bike fenders. The narrow planet bike fenders will "just" get a 28mm tire under them on our teams touring bikes. We have 8 touring bikes in all. A chubby 28mm or a narrow 32mm will give you some contact issues with the narrow 35mm wide fenders. In my opinion the 45mm fenders you have picked would be the best choice for a 28mm tire. I little extra room is acceptable contact is not. The narrow fenders in my opinion are best suited for a 25mm max tire size.Eliminator Cycling Team
