Answer:	Nicole, I am a 5'3' inch 103 lb woman with small hands. The small was really too large for me and so I needed the extra small. Sometimes I buy kids' clothing and I wear a 12 or 14 in boys or girls. Hope that helps.

Answer:	The top part is mesh and breathable so I wouldn't use for extremely cold temps but I used them in the Swiss Alps when it was around 40-50 F and my hands stayed plenty warm. Hope that helps!
