Answer:	Really nice quality Iron Carabiner D Shape Buckle. I'm using them for a paracord lanyard, and it's beneficial that they don't have a pin and/or gate in the arm. These are just smooth finished, and fit pretty good. The biners themselves look nice, and include a ring for each one. The vendor even tossed in a lanyard as a freebie, which was an unexpected and nice touch.
Question:	Can I use the carabiner in other places
Answer:	I use the Carabiner D Shape Buckle in the kitchen, some tools that I like to hang on hooks have holes that are too small to allow them hang flat, but with a carabiner attached they do fine. Too easy to lose one of a set of beater attachments for my hand mixer in the kitchen tool drawer, but not if I hook them together first :). I carry one attached to the basket on my garden tractor where I can hang an extra dust mask, my foldable cane, or a bag for gathering produce from the garden. These are small carabiners. I like to keep larger ones on hand too. I won't be climbing mountains with them so this version is fine for my needs, sturdy and well made.

I didn't think it was that long (from memory) but I trust his answer.The Size 5 is definitely larger than 1 x 1 x 1 inches. I don't have one with me so can't measure exactly but the correct length dimension for the Size 5 is about 3" and the width about 1.5".

Answer:	These come in various sizes and are made in both metal (hardened stainless steel) and plastic.The smallest sre less than an inch long and rated at about 4 pounds The largest (#4) are about 1.5 x 3 inches and are rated at 75 lbs (33KG)The plastic ones are not very strong, the metal ones are extremely strong for their size.They are mad of a hardened alloy so tough that in an emergency use as a pry bar the metal snapped before it bent.That said, these are not meant to be used for climbing or rigging.I have used a chain of these to hold keys and small tools for ten yearsThey held up very well for my usesThe locking variety is new. The lock mechanism is a plastic bar that rotates to block the gates.It seems sturdy and reliable but I have not tested it over time.They are very slim inprofile

I now know that the #1 will accept door and lock keys but will not work with modern car keys that are FOBs. Question:	How large is the opening? I need to clip it over the eye of a buoy
Answer:	With the gate fully open , pressed to the body of the carabiner , the opening is 5/8" from the locking nut to the "hook". The locking gate will clear 3/4 " from the tip to the bottom of the hook . So if your eyelet is no larger than 5/8" thickness it should work ,though barely .
Question:	What is the weight limit
Answer:	Pair of flip flops, small pot or pan, maybe a small camp ax. These are not for climbing. and will not hold a human weight. These are intended for small light weight items to attach to Mollee straps on a back pack or like I use them to hold my hiking boots upside down on the rain fly to dry after a days hike as I sleep. Let me be frank, you cannot find a climbing Carabiner that will safely hold a humans weight at this low price. These are just big key rings at best. Please read the item description before asking me this again, not to be rude but this is explained in the item description.
Question:	Can you unscrew the locking nut off of there if you don't need or want it on there for light duty purposes

Question:	If these are NOT for climbing, why do you show a picture of a person climbing
Answer:	I can't explain why they posted showing a picture of a person climbing. But if I may, I ordered this set for my backpack Mollie loops on my backpack. I use them for hanging loose items on the exterior of the pack like cook ware, camp stool, sandals, etc, and hanging shoes on my rain fly para cord at night while I sleep so they can dry out, that's about all these are good for. These are defiantly not for climbing. Climbing Carabiners have a much higher price point for sure.

Answer:	As long as you don't pull on them! LOL......These are pretty much decorative only, or for a key chain. A few of mine broke right away with a little resistance.
Question:	what are the exact exterior dimensions of the clip
Answer:	None of the photos show the side of the clip that says 'Not for climbing.' It's 40mm wide at the top, and narrows to 30mm towards the bottom. Overall length is 80mm top to bottom. Good luck!

Answer:	Depends if you select "black" as the color. In that case, yes, they are all black. If you select silver, they are all silver. If you select 10 color....guess what? There are 10 different colors. I know that is difficult for certain people to understand, even if the description and pictures show exactly what you'll get with each color, but hopefully you're now able to comprehend and can order what you want.
