Answer:	I wouldnt take more than the manufacturer's suggestion on the label. There are two kinds of vitamins, water soluble and fat soluble. The kind that your body will just dump if it doesnt need the excess is the water soluble kind. The other one, fat sociable is the kind you dont want to overdose on by taking 2 a day which is twice their dosage. I highly suggest only one a day otherwise you risk vitamin poisoning/toxicity.

Answer:	Any cardio is going to impact the way you gain weight. I was using this product and eating clean whole foods while going for a run on off days in between lift days. Within 3 -4 weeks I had went from 176lbs to 185lbs. The key is to lift heavy. Do big sets of small reps. You may also want to try and squeeze two full servings in one day of Serious Mass. At first I could only hold down one but by the end of the cycle I could easily put down two a day. Answer:	I’m nearly 50 years old, but seeing this question I had to comment. Until I was around 32 or so, I couldn’t gain weight no matter how much I had to eat; or so it seemed. I remember not caring whether it was fat or ideally muscle, I just didn’t want to be skinny anymore. Then I hit a point in my life where the metabolism slowed and I couldn’t keep the weight off. That lasted for nearly 15 years and for some reason my appetite suddenly plummeted and now I’m back looking at weight gainers simply to do nothing more than maintain a healthy weight. Just try to keep in mind that human physiology typically prohibits putting on large amounts of muscle in a short period of time naturally. That means that a large portion of quick gains will be fat. Embrace your high metabolism and shoot for a reasonable goal. That said, the more calories you intake in a day that exceeds what your body can burn, the quicker you will gain weight.
