Answer:	I don't see anything on the label indicating that it has been pasteurized. However, I'm sure the manufacturer has used some process to exclude contaminants, since it appears clean in my opinion - no hairs or other visible dirt. My nose is not offended by the mild scent. It has a very thick texture and a translucent golden color, maybe a shade darker than A & D ointment if you are familiar with that product. I use this lanolin mainly on my hands in winter time here in Pennsylvania where the cold dry winter air can do a real number on skin. Today when I go outside to shovel about a zillion feet of snow in the howling wind, I will use some on my face as well as on my hands to protect against the drying effects of said howling wind. For this purpose it is excellent. I've been using it a little over a year now with no ill effects. I don't see that it is labeled for use as a food and I would not recommend ingesting it.

Answer:	Not just from the sun in my experience. At night with a light on inside the privacy tent, depending on placement of the light you can see the silhouette of a person.

Answer:	We are seniors also and just bought this. There are several you tube videos besides just the green elephant one. All of these type of pop up tents fold the basically the same way, so the other video's are also useful. Try this search: "Folding a portable toilet tent" You can pause and rewatch, etc. People seem to have different methods of getting the folding process started. There are a few tricks in these videos but once you figure out how the pieces sort of automatically fold "on top of each other" in layers of 3 round stacks one on top of the other, it's pretty easy, (like a car shade).
